Adopt a Veteran (Coming Soon)
Adopt a Veteran:
One Visit. One Conversation. One Life Changed.
Coming Soon
At Beacon 22, we believe one of the greatest gifts we can give a veteran is knowing they are not forgotten.
The Adopt a Veteran Program is a community initiative designed to connect caring individuals, families, businesses, schools, churches, and organizations with veterans through meaningful acts of kindness, companionship, and service.
Because sometimes the most powerful support is simply showing up.
Our Mission
The Adopt a Veteran Program exists to reduce isolation, build meaningful relationships, and remind veterans that their service—and their lives—continue to matter.
Together, we can create a community where No Veteran Fights Alone.
What the Program Will Include
🤝 Volunteer visits
🎂 Birthday recognition
💌 Cards and letters of encouragement
🎁 Holiday gift drives
☕ Care packages
🎉 Community events
❤️ Opportunities to sponsor activities for veterans
Our goal is to partner with veterans homes, veteran organizations, and community partners throughout West Michigan and, eventually, across the state.
Who Can Participate?
Everyone.
Whether you're an individual, family, business, school, church, civic group, or veteran organization, there will be opportunities to make a difference.
You don't have to wear the uniform to honor those who did.
Our Vision
Imagine a community where every veteran has someone to visit, someone to encourage them, and someone who simply says, "Thank you."
That's the future we're working to build.
Coming Soon:
