Processing Time

All Beacon 22 products are made to order. Orders typically require 2–7 business days for production before shipping. Production times may vary during holidays and peak seasons.

Shipping Times

After production, estimated shipping times are:

United States: 2–8 business days
International: 10–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email when available.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Made-to-Order Products

Because each item is custom-made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to:

Ordering the wrong size
Ordering the wrong color
Change of mind
Buyer preference issues

Please review all product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem

Upon verification, we will provide either a replacement item or a refund at no additional cost. In most cases, the item does not need to be returned.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or modified before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or changed because each item is custom-made.
