Wall of Heros

First off I’m good friends with your mom and dad. I served in the army from 1995 when I enlisted until 2006 when I suffered a spinal cord injury and was released from active duty.
My First Duty station after Basic Training was
Uncsb-Jsa on the Dmz
United Nations Command Security Battalion-Joint security Area. As we were stationed with Koreans Both Katusa’s and Rok soldiers as well as Swiss Commanders.
I was 19 in a war torn Country blasted by communist propaganda and shot at whilst on patrol guarding villages of Tae song dong the only village inside the Demilitarized Zone!
My closest friends came from that unit and we are still best friends 30 years later.
